With a passion for teaching, Ron transitioned into the role of a medical instructor, sharing his knowledge and skills with aspiring medical professionals across various brands. This wealth of experience and commitment to excellence laid the foundation for the launch of Yacht Medical International in 2019. In addition to his role with Yacht Medical International, Dr. Parkolap serves as the medical director for a local Fire Department in South Florida and a Med evacuation company. He meticulously oversees all the medications provided within our medical kits, ensuring they meet the highest standards and are tailored to address any emergency onboard. His extensive experience in emergency medicine continually enhances the quality and effectiveness of our kits. Dr. Parkolap also manages all Telemedicine calls, collaborating closely with a team of skilled medical providers to deliver top-notch care.
